Manufacturing and Quality Control

We can provide services to large volume fast paced manufacturing processes in the following ways:

• Process Benchmarking:  Through excellent data collection and proper statistical sampling procedures (e.g. On-site and on-line data collection, appropriate control charts, pareto diagrams, etc.) we can provide you with a good picture of the current process performance. We will provide you with a full and comprehensive report that you can use as a benchmark for future improvement efforts.
• Process Characterization:  Our comprehensive process flow analysis approach documents and assesses each step and quantifies improvement opportunities. We could set this up under a complete Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvement methodolgy program or use Six Sigma modules individually as needed.
• Process Capability Studies: Through proper statistical sampling procedures and with excellent data analysis tools (see Engineering Tools) we can provide you with an accurate long term and short term capability indices C_pk and C_p. Your time in this will be minimum. We'll do all the analytical and the data collection work. We will provide you with a full report and recommendations to improve your process capability.
• Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO Support: We could provide you with support on QMS and ISO matters including calibration, document control, procedure design and documentation or the certification effort.
