Failure Analysis

We perform product and process failure analyses to assist clients on site, in the field, and where expert witness support is required. Our approach is comprehensive, objective, and rapid.  We use a variety of techniques to evaluate all potential failure modes, including Design of Experiments Techniques, inspections, documentation evaluations, "what's different" analysis, statistical analysis, optical and electronic microscopy, materials analysis, film and video analysis, and 2D and 3D X-ray techniques. We could perform failure analysis on the following:
